Project Overview:
Last year, we completed two beautiful house extensions in Milton Keynes for a client based in Wavendon Lodge. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, our team were able to get the project completed to an impeccable standard, meeting all of our client’s requirements.
What We Did:
Building two bespoke extensions on this lovely bungalow in Wavendon Lodge provided our client’s with ample living space. The first extension created a new open plan kitchen dining area with a stunning bi-fold door and glazed gable. Our client chose to use their second extension to accommodate another master bedroom with an en-suite, along with a new en-suite to add to the existing master bedroom.
As part of this fantastic project, we also completed a full refurb of the existing bungalow. This included new flooring, a new boiler and UFH throughout the new extension, along with the supply and installation of a modern kitchen.
These extensions have completely transformed both the inside and outside of our client’s home, and we absolutely love the interior design that they have chosen. We were thrilled to receive such wonderful feedback.
