Project Overview:
While they add an abundance of space, when conservatories become old and outdated, they lose not only their aesthetics but also their additional benefits. For this reason, many clients look to transform their conservatory with a garden roof replacement. Our client decided that they wanted more than just a guardian tiled roof, and the results have completely transformed the old conservatory into a stunning modern addition to their home.
What We Did:
To start this project, we took the old conservatory down and then built a new single-story, pitched roof sunroom extension with a vaulted ceiling feature and Velux windows on both sides of the room. We also installed a bi-fold door to the side of the extension and a picture window to the rear of the extension to create a very light and open feel inside the room. As well as this, we worked with the customer to install the spotlights he wanted to allow him to use his Phillips Hue lighting system. The exterior of the new addition is finished with a render to create and modern looking extension.
Overall, the project ran very smoothly, and we are extremely pleased that the client is happy with their new sunroom extension.
