What The Client Wanted:
One of the most recent projects that our team completed was a huge double-storey front extension in Newport Pagnell. Our client contacted us, hoping to maximise the potential of their existing home, extending the floorplan across both the ground and first floor. This would create ample living space, completely transforming their property. Our team are always eager to take on larger, more challenging projects, so we were so excited to get stuck into this fantastic home extension.
Project Overview:
In order to begin construction on the extension, we had to remove the existing front of the property before installing the scaffolding and starting the foundations, framework and brickwork. Our team were able to perfectly match the brickwork to the existing property to make the extension look as if it was an original feature.
Inside the extension, we created several rooms, accommodating a bigger downstairs office with fence doors and a lounge complete with modern bi-fold doors. Upstairs, we built two spacious bedrooms – one fitted with custom-built wardrobes, and the second a master bedroom with bi-fold doors overlooking castle meadow and a lovely en-suite bathroom. Throughout the entire extension, we installed new Engineered Oak flooring, along with underfloor heating downstairs.
